3. Beta Phase and Subscription Information

• Beta Phase: During the initial beta phase, all new users will automatically have access to the PRO subscription features at no cost.
• Post-Beta Subscription: Users will be notified prior to the end of the beta phase about subscription options. Users who do not opt for a paid subscription will be downgraded to the basic tier.
• Adjustments and Overages: Users downgrading must adjust their usage to comply with their new plan's limits within a grace period or face account limitations or suspension.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We recommend using a strong, unique password to safeguard your account.
• Content Liability: The owner of an organization account is primarily liable for content managed within their organization on Templify.app.
• User Conduct: You agree not to use Templify.app for unlawful activities, nor to upload content that infringes on intellectual property, violates privacy, or contravenes any applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Templify.app, unless uploaded by users, is the intellectual property of Templify.app. Users may not use, copy, or redistribute this content without permission.
